Homelab n8n is a private personal automation application operated by Serhat Murat Alagöz.
When explicitly authorized, the application may access Google account data required by configured workflows, including Gmail messages and metadata, Google Drive files and metadata, and Google Sheets data.
Google user data is used only to provide the personal automation functions requested by the authorized user, such as organizing school communications, documents, schedules, summaries, and related family information.
Automation processing is performed on privately operated infrastructure. Data may be stored only when required by a configured workflow. Access is restricted to the operator and explicitly authorized users.
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Stored data is retained only as needed for the configured personal workflows. The operator may delete stored data or revoke Google access at any time.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
